Region of Peel CLI ECA Sewer Extension Forms (SS1/SS2)
Under O. Reg. 208/19, developers extend Peel's system under the Region's Consolidated Linear Infrastructure ECA, documented on Forms SS1/SS2 with Peel's consent, instead of getting a separate MECP ECA [PEEL].
You need it when: Extending or altering Peel's wastewater system (sanitary sewers, forcemains, pumping stations), e.g. new sewers in a development that Peel will own.
Why it's needed
- Peel keeps responsibility for the system and must consent to changes [PEEL].
When to apply
- During engineering design and the servicing agreement, before construction.

Plan for about 30 business days. estimate
Documents for a complete application
- Form SS1 (sewers and forcemains) or SS2 (collection system components) [PEEL]
- Design to MECP design criteria and Peel standards [PEEL]
- Director Notification Form where required [PEEL]
