Common errors: drawing package

Missing General Notes or Details sheets
Ensure design data on drawings refers to the correct specification
Inconsistencies in text and line work between plan vs. profile
Inconsistencies between design drawing & pipe data form
Incorrectly calculated pipe slopes (from inverts)
Pipes missing from plan or profile
Add notes and details to the drawings for access/location of groundwater monitoring stations.
Add existing pipes/conduit/plant for crossings to profiles, dimension separation
Only label sewers/watermain as "Proposed" if the infrastructure is part of this application. Indicate "Future" for pipes subject to later applications and "Existing" for existing pipes.
Include specifications for abandonment/removal of pipes on drawings
Other drawings missing from package
Provide more detail in constrained areas (additional sections to demonstrate separation/functionality, etc.)

Common errors: applications

Incomplete form
Submitted an outdated application form
Transfer of Review checklist incomplete or missing
Incomplete description of works on the application form and/or cover letter
Provide copy of transmittal for concurrent circulation to MECP
Provide written sign-off/permit from affected parties: TRCA / CN / CP / private land owner.
Missing corporate registration.
Incorrect authorized signature. Must be able to bind the corporation
Missing pipe data form
Ensure Key Plan matches design drawings
Compliance letter for F-6-1 missing
Completed Environmental Screening incorrectly
Paper forms submitted without original signatures

Common errors: other

Submitting a design change as part of an ECA/DWWP application instead of through S110/CRR. Similarly, submitting permits without having closed the CRR/S110 review comments. This really bogs down the permitting process and is the most frequently occurring item on this list.
Resubmission didn't fully address previous comments
Missing sewer design sheets and/or hydraulic calculations
Confirm design flows from design sheet and reports
Missing head loss calculations
