11A Plumbing Permit can be a stand-alone permit (e.g. a washroom trailer). If a washroom trailer requires a permit, the plumbing permit is a child permit. If the trailer doesn't require a permit, there is no need for a plumbing permit; however a stand-alone Site Services permit may be required.
