1The outfall structure is constructed in accordance with T-804.0, with proper scour protection (rip-rap, etc.).
2The outfall structure has safety provisions to prevent unauthorized access or debris accumulation, as per OPSD 804.05.
3Grates shall be installed with means for locking.
4Provisions are made for opening or removing the grate for cleaning.
5Grates are designed to break away or swing open under extreme hydraulic loads due to blockage.

Pavement design

1Pavement design is in accordance with the City's Pavement Structural Design Matrix.

4Soil cell pavement structural design details are additionally stamped, signed & dated by a professional structural engineer licensed in Ontario.
5A note is added to soil cell pavement structural design details indicating that the RC slab cover of soil cells withstands vehicular loading pursuant to the current version of the Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code (CHBDC)

Composite utility plan

1The plans comply with the City's CADD Standards.
2The plan is colour coded.
3The scale is 1:200.
4The plan includes the existing, abandoned and proposed City underground municipal services combined, including other utilities such as gas, hydro, telephone, cable TV, etc., and street furniture.
5Abandoned facilities are marked with "X" to distinguish them from existing facilities.
6All facilities including maintenance holes, pipes and ducts are shown to scale (double line (outer diameter) for pipes and ducts) on plan, to check their clearances.
7The plan includes a "Pipe Crossing Table" showing all pipe crossings of City municipal underground services, with separate columns for Pipe Crossing ID, Bottom/Top of Pipe elevations, Clear Separation (mm) and Mitigation (the mitigation measures required should the City's minimum clear separation not be met).
